The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Barnwell, located in Valatie, NY, is currently seeking a Skilled Maintnance Technician.

Position is Full-time and applicants shoud have Mechanical Skills. Rate range is $16.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience.

Maintenance Technician Overview:

Reports to the Director of Maintenance. Painting resident rooms and other parts of the facility. Lawn care including snow removal. Moving materials from room to room. Mechanical and general maintenance repairs/upkeep. Be a part of "on-call" rotation with the rest of Maintenance team.

Maintenance Technician Requirements Include:

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work in the United States. Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs. Mechanical aptitude required. Must work Weekends. General maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge of hand tools/uses. HVAC knowledge is a plus!
