Responsibilities: + Under general supervision, participates in analysis, using various advanced methods and processes, to determine the root cause of asset availability, reliability, maintainability and cost improvement opportunities for the Maintenance PSL. + Plans and manages resources to deploy engineering group's pilots and proof of concept with new or improved technology and equipment. + Assists in developing business cases and implements projects including technical information research, purchase requisition, coordination with vendors, equipment modifications, training and presenting conclusions. + Demonstrates technical skills necessary to communicate effectively with Subject Matter Experts, 3rd party vendors and Maintenance management to execute or improve assemblies repair process. Qualifications: + Completion of an undergraduate STEM degree is required. + Two years of experience in an engineering, operations, manufacturing, or maintenance role is required.
