**Maintenance Technician | Direct Hire** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. Openings are available in our Stamping and Robotic Welding departments. In this role, you will perform both mechanical and electrical repairs, complete preventive maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs, and work with hydraulics and pneumatics. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical and electrical repairs to machinery in the Stamping and Robotic Welding departments. + Complete preventive maintenance following a PM schedule. + Troubleshoot PLCs and make necessary adjustments. + Work on stamping presses, hydraulic presses, cranes, robotic welders, electrical systems, sensors, vision systems, servos, and VFDs. + Conduct welding as needed. + Repair vision systems as necessary. + Work with hydraulics and pneumatics. **Why Apply** + Direct hire position. + Candidates get x1.5 after 8 hours a day or 40 a week and double time on Sunday. + Merit based raises and promotions. + Full benefits package provided. + Uniforms provided. + All tools and tool boxes provided. + Performance and attendance bonuses offered. + Weekly pay. + Education assistance/tuition reimbursement. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $46529.60 - $66664.00/yr. 4. Great benefits - for example a family is $60/month for all medical, dental vision etc benefits 5. 2 paid shutdowns annually - 1 around the 4th and 1 around Christmas 6. Uniforms are provided and laundered 7. Boot allowance annually - safety glasses allowance 8. All tools and tool boxes provided 9. Performance bonus based on safety, quality and overall company performance can be anywhere form $1k-$3k paid out every December 10.
