**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Location: High Springs FL Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Intermediate Pay: $32 per hour Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM (Open availability on weekends required) **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the production of plastic conduits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on various types of machinery. + Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems. + Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and production staff to resolve equipment-related issues. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. + Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees. + Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. + Experience with preventive maintenance and PLC troubleshooting. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Intermediate level experience in maintenance technician roles. **Top Skills:** + Troubleshooting + Electrical systems + Preventive maintenance + PLC troubleshooting **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $32.24 - $32.24/hr.
