Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, building, and grounds.

Requirements:

General Maintenance & Repair experience for industrial equipment

Mechanical & Electrical troubleshooting & repair experience (up to 440V 3 Phase)

Basic plumbing & carpentry skills

Valid driver's license with a verifiable driving record

Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending

Must pass drug test & background check

Preferred Skills:

Experience troubleshooting 440 volts or higher

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical & electrical issues in shop machines including fork trucks, scissor lifts, and welding machines

Implement preventative maintenance program on equipment

Maintain company vehicles through scheduled maintenance

Research parts for repairs and propose cost-effective replacements

Conduct basic building upkeep involving carpentry & plumbing tasks

Oversee basic grounds maintenance across four buildings including lawn care and snow removal

Coordinate with third-party contractors/service providers for additional services

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
