\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPosition Objective:
\n\n\n\n\nPerform a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment. Execute work within established procedures and processes under both verbal and written instructions. Perform related duties assigned.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPosition Responsibilities:
\n\n\n\n\n1.
\n\n\nPerform routine maintenance to resort property including painting, cleaning, light duty repairs and ensure that equipment operates properly, and other projects as assigned to enhance the physical condition of the buildings and facilities.
\n\n\n\n\n2.
\n\n\nRepair and maintain all common areas and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, buildings, pools, public restrooms, front entrance and lobby areas, parking lots, walkways, etc.
\n\n\n\n\n3.
\n\n\nUse tools ranging from common hand and power tools such as hammers, saws, drills and wrenches.
\n\n\n\n\n4.
\n\n\nRecord maintenance and repair work performed daily as directed by the Site Manager.
\n\n\n\n\n5.
\n\n\nCheck the Building/Property for malfunctioning equipment and utilities and report to the Site Manager for proper action.
\n\n\n\n\n6.
\n\n\nPerform pool chemistry and maintenance of pool equipment.
\n\n\n\n\n7.
\n\n\nResponsible for keeping maintenance shop in clean, organized, and safe condition. Notify Resident Manager of supplies needed. Safeguard all supplies, equipment, and tools.
\n\n\n\n\n8.
\n\n\nMaintain good working relationships with other departments and their team members.
\n\n\n\n\n9.
\n\n\nPerform other duties as required or assigned.
\n\n\n\n\n\n Requirements\n\n\n\n\nPosition Qualifications:
\n\n\n\n\nEducation
\n\n\nHigh School degree, diploma or equivalent.
\n\n\n\n\nExperience/Skills
\n\n\n2 years of experience as a maintenance worker. Must work well independently and with a team. Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
\n\n\n\n\nLicenses/Certifications
\n\n\nMust have a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
