Job Description
Purpose:
Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to AbbVie’s code of conductMaintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are metAssists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysisCapable of training others on tasksIs proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plansIntermediate computer skills (MS Windows)Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasksAssist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organizationSupports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the siteUnderstands and follows all safety and GMP regulationsAssist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organizationSome RCM or RCA experienceCreate trending data and presnet technial reports summarizing findings and reccomneded soultionsQualifications
HS diploma with 10+ yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. Experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functionsCMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desiredFormal electrical training (degree or apprenticeship)Some formal training or experience with PDM technology (vibration analysis. ultrasonic, etc.)Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
