Prepare and ensure management reports are produced accurately in a uniform format and distributed to appropriate local staff and highlighting the important KPIs in a timely manner
Develop new reports / analysis that incorporates the changing needs of the organisation
Facilitate key information from the Business Divisions for the forecasting requirements and timely submission of the required reports to local management and regional office
Prepare the annual business plan, review and dissemination of regional office requirements, coordinate the plan information to be input into TM1 and ensure regional office deadlines are met
Support the business divisions in meeting their respective objectives by providing financial support and tools which enable them to better assess and monitor their respective KPIs; provide specific support for the forecasting and planning exercises
Ensure participation and completion of all relevant finance specific projects and program
Undertake training and development of management reporting and financial analytics related programs for the local Business Divisions
Continuously improve technical accounting knowledge as well as understanding of Chubb’s reporting systems
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, exposure in Insurance/Financial Services industry will be an advantage
Strong stakeholder management skill, ability to work with internal stakeholders including senior management
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Highly PC literate in Microsoft Excel, Word etc. Experience in using Business Analytics – TM1 & Cognos will be an advantage
