Manager, Category Management Grocery, DRUG & Canada Cromwell, CT Hybrid 2-3 days per week on-site As the Manager of Category Management for Grocery, DRUG, and Canadian channels, you'll be instrumental in driving our market strategies forward. Your role will involve fostering collaborative partnerships across these diverse sectors to enhance our sales growth and profitability. You bring: + Bachelor’s degree required. + Minimum 3 years’ experience in CPG Sales and/or Marketing required. + Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. + Familiarity with Nielsen, IRI, HH panel data, Syndigo, and Salsify a plus. + Working knowledge of various promotional/shopper marketing vehicles and retail execution experience preferred. + Ability to travel 15% dsm-firmenich is fully dedicated to inclusion because when people feel engaged and empowered, their creativity and innovation drives unprecedented progress.
