Manager, eCommerce

Reporting to the Senior Manager eCommerce, the eCommerce Manager will collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage and coordinate all aspects of the eCommerce business, including business strategy and planning, product & category growth, site experience, campaigns and merchandising, digital marketing efforts and technological development. Responsibilities Customer journey: Optimize digital customer journey across search, homepage, product categories and product description pages. Collaborate and provide direction on site merchandising with the support of the online Merchandising and Planning teams. Lead product data management projects, including data enrichment and new PIM rollout. Commercial planning & trading: Take ownership of all things eCommerce within Foot Locker for your respective category: work closely with the other eCommerce Managers, Digital Merchandizers and cross-functional product teams to create category growth plan and financial forecasting. Identify commercial opportunities and present to various business functions with recommendations based on data. Analyze online shopping behavior and identify consumer pain points. Stay on top of latest industry trends. Digital calendar & campaigns: Brief the digital merchandizer and content teams to create and deliver ecommerce promotional, seasonal, and evergreen content on the site. This includes the creation of assets, priority product focus and site roll out. Ensure brand consistency and presence on all digital properties. Digital tech roadmap: Work with cross-functional, cross-channel teams to drive prioritized initiatives from strategy creation through proof-of-concept phases. Participate in pilots, rollouts, and implementations on an as-needed basis. Vendor relationship: work closely with our partner brands and vendors on various initiatives to drive vendor growth and digital experience. Analysis & reporting: Leverage BI analytics to find new opportunities. Analyze data to understand eCommerce and product performance. Make suggestions to improve conversion rates and site engagement. Team management: Manage direct report Digital Merchandizer Qualifications 4-5 years eCommerce, merchandising, planning, digital operations, or related field experience. Bachelor's degree in business or marketing. Digital native with a trade mindset and a passion for driving business growth. Ability to prioritize and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong project-management skills, ability to manage projects from planning to implementation while collaborating with various teams. A continuous-learner mindset with a strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape Enthusiastic, motivated, creative team player, with strong ability to work cross functionally. Experience with website testing, optimization, and personalization tools a plus. Hands on experience using data from digital and site analytics tools such as Adobe or PowerBI. Strong interpersonal skills, communication, organization, self-starter, and analytical experience. Understanding of retail industry, including merchandising, marketing, and IT. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
