We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Ecommerce Marketing with a focus on email/CRM marketing to drive strategy and execution of customer acquisition and retention programs. Digital marketing channels include email/CRM, affiliates, social commerce and emerging platforms. This key team member will oversee the ecommerce marketing calendar and lead operations of campaigns from end to end, including strategy, creative, execution, and analysis.



What You’ll Do:

Acquisition Marketing

Proactively recommend and implement programs to drive site traffic and customer acquisition by improving existing programs and developing incremental channels. Test and optimize social commerce platforms including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook Shopping and Instagram Checkout, working closely with partners on piloting new features (Live Shopping), testing promotions, and influencing product roadmap. Develop, execute and optimize strategy for growth in balance with owned ecommerce site. Partner with Sr. Paid Media Manager to optimize and scale Paid Media channels.

Email/CRM

Partner with CRM team onemail and SMS marketing including strategy, planning, implementation, analysis and optimization. Identify opportunities with key segments, develop and present A/B tests to scale revenue and KPIs. Manage planning and execution of email marketing calendar, tracking towards brand and sales objectives. Work closely with Consumer Insights team to analyze customer data to develop strategies for retain high value customers and increase lifetime spend. Continually develop and maintain expertise in CRM strategies to increase customer lifetime value.

 

Qualifications:

5+ years previous experience managing email/CRM marketing programs (with at least 2 years hands on) preferably in an ecommerce environment. BA degree Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting/analytics to drive recommendations and continually tune program performance. Strong understanding of Digital Marketing acquisition channels, CRM and digital marketing techniques with intuitive grasp of acquiring and retaining customers. Familiarity with enterprise level ESPs and marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Constant Contact, ExactTarget, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, etc.

 

Schedule:

Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly

The target salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
