Summary:
Performs a variety of financial activities, including accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections. Develops and evaluates financial plans and policies. Establishes and maintains accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

Major Position Responsibilities Manages the daily financial activities and functions for an organization including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury.Ensures all financial operations are in compliance with governmental rules and regulations. Forecasts and manages a cash flow that meets the needs of the company.Provides guidance to managers in financial reporting objectives and standards to ensure accurate, compliant and useful financial reporting is produced.Oversees the budget process and works with managers to produce and manage effectivebudgets.Acts as an advisor to management on regulations and other matters that may impact the financial activities of the company, engaging with outside consultants if applicable.Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from the HR Directors & General Managers.
Basic Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree OR equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience5-7 years’ experience in a relevant function
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related fieldMaster's Degree preferredAccounting / cost estimating work experience related to program control, program finance / accountingKnowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
