Join over 6,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.\n\n \nGTM Training & Enablement Manager\n \n \nWhy We Have This Role\nThe Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team owns global onboarding, skill development and ongoing education for internal employees and our partner network for roles which touch the customer during the GTM lifecycle, from sales & pre-sales to delivery & account management. Our team thinks globally for scale, delivering learner-centric enablement experiences. These programs and services have a significant impact on our customers’ success and our bottom-line growth.\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\n\n\nDevelop, manage and retain a high performing team of program managers.\nSupport the team to lead and execute end-to-end GTM strategies, fostering strong technical expertise and raising performance standards across the team.\nDemonstrate rigorous and data-driven perspectives to establish the right areas of focus for the team and measure team impact.\nChampion an inclusive culture, adept at steering crucial conversations and building consensus in challenging situations.\nGenerate significant, measurable impact on the business through innovation, strategic insight & operational excellence.\nOperate as a company-wide visionary leader and mentor, effectively managing and inspiring teams during times of change and ambiguity.\n\n\n\n \nHow You’ll Grow\n\n\n\nLead with Influence: Develop your leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.\nExpand Your Horizons: Gain exposure to diverse work cultures and global business practices.\nBecome a Strategic Partner: Build strong relationships with senior leadership and contribute to Qualtrics' overall success.\nMake a Lasting Impact: Leave a legacy of positive change, shaping the future of work for Qualtrics employees worldwide.\n\n\n\n \nThings You’ll Do\n\n\nManage and mentor a team of Program Managers who are building and developing engaging training content that helps employees improve product knowledge, learn new role-based skills, achieve ramping targets and KPIs, and grow professionally.\nAct as a strategic partner to the GTM business unit by assessing knowledge gaps, prioritizing programs, and measuring success.\nMeasure impact through strong data analysis tied to KPIs.\n\n\n \nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\n\n\n7+ years of experience in Customer Success Enablement, Sales Enablement, or GTM Enablement in the SaaS space. Experiences in sales or customer success a plus.\n2+ years managing a team.\nStrong project management experience with a history of success in achieving tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment.\nExperience working with cross-functional internal stakeholders.\nOutstanding organization and prioritization skills.\nAbility to work independently in highly ambiguous, shifting environments.\nEntrepreneurial mindset and willingness to jump in and get things done.\nBachelor’s degree.\n\n\n\n \nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\n\nBroad purview: We work across regions, so there’s always something new to learn!\nDirect influence on key company metrics, including revenue, expansions and renewals.\nStrong focus on professional development.\nWe work hard but also have a lot of fun doing it.
