Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Manager, Learning & Development of Partner Excellence will support the Director of Partner Excellence to execute projects at the intersection of Strategy & Transformation. This role will collaborate with but not limited to: Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, IT, Finance, Strategy & Category Management. This role will primarily support the development of the Supply Chain team, continued education related to their day-to-day tools & knowledge. This position will support the Director of Partner Excellence to improve & transform the way Supply Chain does business through a training roadmap, intentional & targeted learning experiences, instructional led experiences & facilitating instructional led sessions (live & virtual). Essential Functions
DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports activities at the intersection of Strategy and Transformation; including but not limited to programs related to KeHE's business process and continuous improvement, Supply Chain strategy, Operational Excellence, M&A’s, etc.Drive for Results: Leverages solid business judgment to ensure recommendations can be executed successfully and risks managed through identification, assessment and implementation of process improvement programs to support critical Business Transformation initiatives.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with but not limited to leaders & team members from Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, IT, Business Development, Finance, Strategy, Category Management, etc. teams to align on key business prioritiesNew Employee Success: Responsible for Supply Chain new employee onboarding, which include but not limited to development of capability (system) learnings, e-learnings, and facilitator training that align with KeHE's growing business model.Process Optimization: Work as a member or lead of project teams, owning the definition, documentation, and sign-off of valid business process specifications. •Responsible for interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs), super users, and cross functional partners to understand how their processes work.Create process compliance guardrails and build metric tracking methods to ensure process disciplines are understood and adhered to.Team Management: Could manage up to 1 or 2 team members. Providing guidance and support to facilitate professional growth and development.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
5+ years experience in Project Management Organization or learning, development & training. Experience with LMS and L&OD/L&D teams preferred.BA or BS or 7+ years work experience3+ years of direct people management desired
