The incumbent is responsible for internal functions including building maintenance, technology, data/voice communications and materiel as well as NYCT contracted vendors in accordance with NYCT and Revenue Control policies, procedures, standards and directives. Compensation: Salary Range - $84,233 - $119,240 (Grade F) Education and experience A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, or a related field and five (5) years of full-time, paid, related experience, and at least three (3) years of which must have been in a managerial/supervisory/administrative capacity; or A satisfactory combination of education and/or experience. Desired Skills Experience in revenue processing and control of physical assets. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong managerial, human relations experience. Mechanical background and knowledge of computers. Knowledge of NYCT and industry standards for building management.
