Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst (BA) professional with experience in Oracle ERP Financials and EPM Fusion Cloud to join our Accounting Financial Systems Team.As a Lead BA, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting teams by: troubleshooting issues, updating system configurations, consulting and testing new enhancements, collaborating on new business processes, and supporting audit requests. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion applications will be instrumental in driving efficiency, streamlining operations, and ensuring the successful utilization of these systems throughout the accounting department. This role will lead a team of 3-4 analyst.

This role will work closely with accounting business teams, accounting leadership and cross functional teams such as Supply Chain, Human Capital and Finance. This role will evolve as the use of Oracle products matures.

Your Key Job Functions

· Ability to analyze issues, think strategically, make sound judgements, and provide innovative ideas.

· Financial System experience utilizing multiple technical platforms with heavy emphasis on Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM Fusion

· Experience, education, and application of accounting principles and practices. Accounting degree preferred.

· Demonstrates Leadership capabilities and has a desire to pursue advancement in supervision/management

· Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and other cross-functional team members (Business Teams, Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers) to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies.

·Able to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

What You Bring to the Team

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

· The ability to lead, coach, and develop team members

· 4-6 years in an accounting role with supervisory experience preferred

· Self-motivated and customer service oriented, with ability to work independently, as well as, collaboratively with a team.

· Excellent communication skills both verbal written

· Strong leadership and relationship building skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· The ability to think/act strategically and find ways to improve current processes

· Ability to communicate professionally and with multiple levels of the organization as well as many external contacts
