Leads and develops the team that oversees various programs and processes, using HR data analytics to proactively identify opportunities, strategize solutions, and provide insight/resources to HR partners to better support Associates, improve Associate engagement and reinforce the Company’s cultural values. Responsible for developing and guiding the team that provides information, training, and coaching to HR teams in the Field, Distribution Services, and Home Office to enhance the Associate experience. This is a hybrid position based in our Framingham, MA offices.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Leads and prioritizes work for the Associate Experience Team to include, but not limited to: Gift of the Heart program, Emergency Response, Field Service Awards, New Associate Programs, and Data Analytics ReportingManages members of the Associate Experience team, providing coaching, guidance, and career developmentDevelops and leads strategies to support team innovation, technology integration, process improvement, and collaborationEstablish and lead administrative and logistical strategies that align with AR COE priorities and individual growth for Associate ExperienceActs as liaison for the TAAP programOversees the execution of the Gift of the Heart Program and make recommendations to HR leaders on program enhancementsDevelops strategy and execution of all Associate Experience reporting Builds close relationships with the departments and functional areas outside of Associate Experience that support the Associate experienceProvides leadership and guidance for the Service Now platform both domestically as well as in partnership with other geosCollaborates with Positive Associate Relations, Associate Relations Investigations, and Associate Relations Practices leaders to ensure consistent, credible, outstanding operations supportCoaches clients, peers and direct reports on a regular basisCoach and guide HR leaders on future trends of AR as well as the overall Associate experiencePromote and Advocate Open Door through ongoing execution of all Associate Experience initiativeSpecial projects as assignedWho We Are Looking For: You.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience5-7 years of human resources experience. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
