As a member of the management team, the main responsibilities of the Manager of Operations are: oversight of training, facilities needs, program data and evaluation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and event planning.

 

The Manager of Operations is a member of the regional leadership team and is responsible for oversight of training, facility needs, program data and evaluation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and event planning. The Manager of Operations ensures the appropriate identification, delegation, and completion of all projects and department-wide tasks via supervision of regional administrative staff members [Health information Specialists, Program Assistants etc.]

Responsibilities Manage and assist in the completion of all reporting requirements for the region (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) which may include data analysis, and distribution of said reports for NB Director team review or to key County partners. Provide coordination of Regional Community Response process including scheduling, and maintenance of  Regional On-Call calendar as needed. Provide culturally responsive supervision for regional administrative teams including health information specialists (HIS) and program assistants (PA). Coordinate Regional and County specific projects or events  such as: hosting key county stakeholders, staff community building events, and staff/leadership retreat days, office moves, donations etc. Oversee compliance to Environment of Care standards & other facility needs in collaboration with North Bay Director team, local Program Assistants and Facilities Department.  Serve as the Site Safety Officer, as needed. Coordinate and act as liaison between regional programs and centralized departments to ensure office protocol and process are functioning effectively. Tasks may include but are not limited to:Coordination and tracking of staff IT equipment inventory Coordinating with QA team to obtain/renew Medi-Cal Certification or support county audits Manage process and use of petty cash funds for the region Develop updated or new program office processes and support implementation to increase efficiency Supports the ongoing development of team building activities and staff appreciation.  Qualifications

Required:

Bachelors degreeAt least 3 years of relevant experienceAt least 21 years of ageValid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policyTB test clearance, fingerprinting clearanceProof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster

Preferred:
