MANAGER SECURITY

Position Description:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Security department. Responsible for all aspects of personnel management. Formulate and enforce consistent application of departmental and company policies and procedures, including emergency response procedures.

Ensure the security, safety, and protection of guests, employee, and property and company assets.

Provide management, direction and leadership to security department staff including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and discharging.

Supervise, perform and respond to routine or emergency duties requiring moderate to strenuous physical exertion.

Responsible for ensuring that all department personnel consistently act in strict accordance with all applicable laws as well as established departmental and company policies and procedures.

Formulate and monitor enforcement of departmental policy and procedures and emergency response procedures.

Other duties as assigned by management.
