We are actively recruiting a skilled Manufacturing Engineer for our esteemed client located in Clearwater, FL. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering. This pivotal role is dedicated to providing crucial manufacturing engineering support for an ongoing ERP implementation project.

Day-to-Day:

Foster collaborative efforts with the team to meticulously observe and optimize manufacturing processes on the shop floor, actively identifying and executing improvement opportunities.Execute precision in updating ERP routines and the Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring meticulous detail in recording accurate working times, process durations, and essential materials.Engage closely with the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team to discern and refine processes or equipment, prioritizing the eradication of safety hazards.Develop a profound understanding of existing manufacturing processes across diverse product lines and proficiently translate this knowledge into the ERP system.Offer valuable support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Time of Work (TOW) projects, providing specialized insights into related equipment.Implement Six Sigma/Lean tools and techniques to drive innovation and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Mandatory possession of a High School Diploma.Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a demonstrable history of 4+ years in manufacturing engineering.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a coveted asset.Robust organizational and multitasking skills are indispensable for success.Demonstrated ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.Exhibit excellent communication and active listening skills.Proven ability to cultivate effective relationships within the company, spanning all levels, and with external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers.Proficiency in ERP structures, with a distinct advantage given to those experienced with Oracle.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$32.00 per hour.Monday to Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
