What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Supervisor:

Lead and motivate a warehouse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, minimizing discrepancies and losses.Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet company standards.Prioritize safety by conducting regular inspections and enforcing proper handling procedures.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure safe operation.Collaborate effectively with other departments to streamline workflows.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have proven experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in a manufacturing environmentHave strong leadership and interpersonal skillsHave excellent organizational and time management abilitiesBe proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office SuiteHave knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse operations best practicesHave forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
