This is a hybrid schedule position, with three days a week working out of our Deerfield, IL location and two days from your home office. Local candidates only please - we are not providing relocation for this role.Your Role at Baxter

If so, then this Marketing Analyst role with a focus on portfolio optimization and operational excellence could be your perfect fit!

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our Medical Products and Therapy team and play a key role in enhancing the return on investment of our global marketing portfolio. In this role, you'll use your analytical skills and understanding of marketing principles to identify optimization opportunities within the marketing mix. You'll work with cross functional groups and develop data-driven recommendations to improve inventory management, strategize end-of-life processes for marketing assets, and implement operational improvements to streamline marketing activities.

Analyze marketing portfolio performance data to find opportunities for improvementDevelop and implement strategies for optimizing marketing resource allocation across different channels and initiatives.Recommend and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels to minimize waste, optimize storage costs, and evaluate tradeoffs with transportation cost.Develop and implement product end-of-life plans ensuring a smooth transition and effective resource utilization.Partner with regional / local marketing teams and departments to understand their needs and challenges related to portfolio management and operational efficiency.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators related to portfolio performance and operational metrics.Identify and implement technology solutions to automate tasks and improve efficiency

What you'll bringBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field. Healthcare experience a plus.Experience in supply chain, project management methodologies a plus.Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000 - 110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
