Job Summary:
The Marketing & Creative Services Project manager is responsible for managing the workflow of all marketing and creative assets through the marketing and creative teams; coordinating with other departments as necessary to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, projects are delivered on time, and with a clear line of communication.Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
• Projects may include, but are not limited to: website updates, organic landing pages, social media, paid media, email, TV and Out of Home.
• Act as liaison between Marketing, Studio and Creative Teams and additional stakeholders when necessary. When job requests come in, communicate with the creative team and its stakeholders to ensure all background info, specs, and resources are available before work begins.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develops and manages comprehensive cross functional project schedules
• Manages and maintains daily project status
• Point of contact for all key meetings: responsibilities include scheduling kick-offs and internal reviews, attend all meetings, capturing notes and next steps. Leads team huddles to ensure daily and weekly priorities are met. Escalates risk of project delivery delay
• Manages the trafficking and routing of all creative online and offline projects to ensure all edits are pulled through and approved prior to project delivery
• Perform other related duties as assigned
SCOPE & IMPACT:
Primary team member responsible for the timely and complete execution of all marketing deliverables requiring creative team. Manages, adjusts, troubleshoots and executes all marketing asset timelines as required for timely and accurate deploy. Has helped to managing the diversified marketing expansion as Joybird expands to an estimated 32% annual sales growth over FY ’22.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a project/traffic management role.
• Proficient in Workfront, Wrike, Smartsheet or similar comprehensive Project Management software.
• Experience working directly with full service Photography and Video Studio Team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Copywriting and Editing skills a plus.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
• Agency experience preferred.
• Start-up experience preferred.

COMPENSATION: $80,000 to $100,000 annual compensation
