Marketing Data Analyst (Partially Remote)

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000/year
This position allows for 3 days per week remote / work from home.
We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst that will work directly with a multi-channel team of strategy, communications, social, SEO, paid media and email experts and regularly collaborate with an extended team of account services, project managers, web developers and clients to fulfill your duties. The Marketing Data Analyst, establishes, evaluates, and implements analytics performance and tracking across a variety of touch-points, The resulting deliverables will assist a multi-dimensional team with optimizing a variety of user experiences to meet client objectives and goals, including turning data observations into marketing insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze channel performance, user-behavior, conversion, customer journeys, and multi-channel attributionImplement, track, analyze and report business results across digital channels (E.G., website, social, search, media, email, etc.)Design and build reporting dashboards that deliver cross-channel performance reporting with actionable insightsCreate and analyze scheduled client reportingUse methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign plans and website developmentPerform ad-hoc analytics and conversion optimization consultancies across clients and influence optimization strategies with dataImplement website and campaign tracking through tag management systemsHelp implement and track A/B and Multi-Variate testing and translate results to actionable insights and additional testing recommendationsIdentify and organize analytics/reporting requirements from multiple sources including core and extended team, as well as client stakeholdersPerform analytics quality assurance testing via tag systemsOccasional attendance at vendor demos and presentations to help assess new or updated offeringsOccasional support in presentation of new vendor capabilities to internal and client stakeholdersSupport in client presentations for analytics capabilities or deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, marketing or related field3-5 years of experience in marketing, analytics or related fieldLeading web analytics packages (Adobe Analytics)Data visualization platforms (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)Paid media platforms (Google Ads, Google Display & Video, Bing Ads)
