The Marketing Manager, is responsible for orchestrating comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, amplify product positioning, and align with revenue targets. The role involves developing annual strategic marketing plans for key product lines, overseeing successful product launches, and collaborating seamlessly across departments to ensure cohesive execution. By delving into market intelligence and understanding buyer behavior throughout distribution channels, this role shapes the company's competitive advantage and fosters innovation. Through effective communication with the sales team, this individual articulates the unique value proposition of products and provide essential insights to guide the overall marketing strategy. Additionally, this position will oversee the creative production of marketing materials, implementation of Web Strategy for optimal online presence, and strategically integrate technology to keep the company at the forefront of the dynamic vehicle electronics landscape.
Salary range: $105K-$120K. This position is located at the Irvine, CA office.

Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to support the company's growth plans, including email campaigns, website management, and social media platforms.Plan, execute, and enhance campaigns across channels with engaging content.Ensures that all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Stay informed and communicate changes in regulations that may impact marketing strategies.

Website & Social Media Leadership:

Oversee the effectiveness of websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).Support website development roadmap for future improvements; identify areas for website enhancement based on performance, user feedback, competitive intel, etc.Manage and expand company's media presence. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Email Marketing Execution:

Develop an email marketing campaign strategy; execute email campaigns to drive website traffic and online conversions, promote company initiatives.Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting:

Identify KPIs and metrics for measuring digital marketing success.Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor, etc.). Prepare reports and presentations on key metrics and insights.

Content Creation & Management:

Lead content creation efforts across both digital and traditional channels, including copywriting, imagery, and video production.Provide creative direction for new content initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to messaging guidelines.

Traditional Marketing:

Oversee traditional marketing efforts, including presentation and print materials, trade show support, and other offline initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.Collaborate with creative and media vendors to integrate various marketing initiatives across channels, maximizing reach and consistency.

Other Cross-Functional Initiatives:

Implement platforms for transparent sharing of marketing materials and customer successes internally to address the communication gap and ensure all employees are informed and engaged.Establish and execute a plan for internal communication activities to provide employees with frequent updates on marketing initiatives, customer wins and other business priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, traditional marketing, and content development OR 8+ years’ equivalent experience.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital and traditional marketing strategies.Experience in content development across various channels, including digital and traditional platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Experience in managing creative agencies and third-party vendors, ensuring successful collaboration and project execution.Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and effectively influence others through demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying updated on industry trends.Ability to travel up to 20%

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Ability to travel by air, train, automobile. Employee will be expected to stand for extended periods for trade shows. Minimal lifting required (less than 20 lbs.). Ability to work hours necessary when traveling to customers.

Near vision required for computer and paperwork. Must be able to hear and speak.

Minimal risk is expected from this position; however, the employee must take precautions while traveling and while at the factory and follow company safety guidelines.
