Marketing Technology Consultant

Bond is seeking a dynamic MarTech Consultant specializing in marketing and loyalty technology solutions. You will be a key contributor to our Technology Consulting team, focusing on guiding clients in marketing technology and customer loyalty. Your role will involve assessing technology needs, developing adoption strategies, and overseeing solution implementation to drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will also support our Salesforce partnership by promoting the adoption and optimization of their Loyalty Management product and supporting clouds.

Depending on candidate location, this role can be remote/hybrid in the US or Canada.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Roadmap Planning: Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with clients, offering expert guidance on adopting and integrating marketing technology platforms. Vendor Assessment and Selection: Evaluate marketing technology vendors, ensuring compatibility with clients' needs and objectives. Provide recommendations based on thorough assessments. Use Case Definition: Identify and define specific use cases for marketing technology implementation, demonstrating the potential impact and benefits of proposed solutions. Business Requirement Definition: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify clients' business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications. Business Value Assessment: Quantify the potential business value and ROI of proposed solutions, providing clients with data-driven insights on the anticipated impact of technology investments. Client Deliverables Creation: Develop client deliverables, including presentations, data taxonomies, implementation plans, and data visualizations. Best Practices: Apply best practices for architecture, integration, and optimization of marketing technology.


Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, loyalty program implementation, or related fields. Strong understanding of loyalty technology solutions and marketing technology architecture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in marketing technologies, including loyalty platforms, CDPs, marketing automation software, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.

Preferred:

Master’s degree or relevant certifications. Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or loyalty program management tools. Knowledge of data analytics and customer segmentation. Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Management, or Data Cloud (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
