THE JOB:

As a Massage Therapist, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service.  By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations while delivering SHOW StandardsEnsure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocolsPromote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GEDValid New Jersey Massage Therapy License

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

One (1) year of guest service experienceOne (1) year of experience as a massage therapist in a spa or salon environmentExperience in retailTakes pride in their workLooks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiencesDescribes themselves as compassionate personEnjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
