**Job Description**
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking general laborer to join our construction team. This role involves various tasks on-site to support construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with loading and unloading materials.
+ Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing work areas.
+ Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
+ Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
+ Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying materials.
+ Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
+ Cycle counting.
+ Inventory management.
+ Pulling inventory for assembly.
+ ERP.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with power tools and hand tools.
+ Knowledge of construction practices.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to perform physical tasks like hauling materials and cleaning.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ years of experience in a labor role.
+ Positive outlook to problems and a go-getter mentality.
+ Ability to work assigned schedule as defined by production needs.
+ Straddle Carrier experience (nice to have).

**Work Environment**
Work Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday on either 1st Shift (6:00 am - 4:00 pm) or 2nd Shift (4:00 pm to 2:30 am) with 4x10 schedules. Overtime is available. This is an on-site carpentry opportunity with no site-to-site work. The facility is equipped with AC/Heat and brand new machinery, and focuses on multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality development sectors.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albertville, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
