**Job Description:** We are seeking a dependable and safety-oriented **Material Handler** to support operations involving the movement and flow of organic materials. This role plays a key part in keeping production running efficiently and safely, while maintaining high housekeeping standards across the facility. **Key Responsibilities:** + Ensure consistent material flow through shakers and related equipment + Coordinate with Heavy Equipment Operators for material delivery + Break up bridged material and scrape finishing screens + Perform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, and scraping + Stack bags, restack pallets, and assist with small bag line cleanup + Keep all work areas clear of debris, including aisles and catwalks + Report equipment concerns promptly to maintenance + Follow direction from the foreman and meet performance expectations **Required Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly + Comfortable working in dusty, hot, cold, or wet environments + Ability to stand for long periods and climb ladders + Commitment to safety and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems + Prior experience in an industrial, warehouse, or material handling setting **Pay Details:** $18.60 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
