**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** Open to taking automotive mechanics who are looking to get into industrial maintenance. Willing to train! **Job Description** As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on all plant equipment. You will work off a tablet for your assigned 'tickets.' You will inspect, repair, and install machinery as needed, and will be required to work off blueprints if involved in installations. Every other Wednesday, the maintenance team focuses on preventative maintenance (PMs), during which the rest of the plant is shut down. The maintenance team works on a rotating schedule with 12-hour days from 7 AM to 7 PM. The rotation includes 7 days on nights, followed by 3 days off, then 7 days on days, and 4 days off, repeating this cycle. You will use a tablet to respond to reactive maintenance needs and scheduled PMs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
