Must be Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through the AAMA.

Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required. Previous experience as a medical assistant in a medical office practice is preferred. Associates Degree in Medical Assisting or related degree is required. Language Skills Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. Skills Previous experience with an EMR system is preferred.
