We are looking for a full-time Medical Records Coordinator to join the team! This position is located at in Glenview, Illinois and is a non-exempt, hourly position that works Monday through Friday. This position will offer 40 hours biweekly, 20 hours per week. The schedule will be from 8am-12pm Mon-Fri.. This position requires initial onsite training in Glenview, IL. The candidate for this position MUST be local. JOB OVERVIEW: Compile, process, and maintain medical records of IVF and clinic patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the health care system.  Process, maintain, compile, and report patient information for health requirements and standards.  Medical Records Coordinator Job Duties: Maintains record of patient care by compiling, reviewing, and filing documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and health outcome. Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained; Process patient admission and discharge documents; Review records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations; Compile and maintain patients' medical records to document condition and treatment and to provide data for research or cost control and care improvement efforts; Enter data, such as demographic characteristics, history and extent of disease, diagnostic procedures and treatment into computer; Release information to persons and agencies according to regulations.
