Member Advisor Manager
**Position** : Member Advisor Manager **Requisition ID:** : 1545 As the Member Advice Center Manager, your role is crucial in leading and overseeing department operations, ensuring exceptional service, and fostering strong Member relationships. You will manage the sales team in achieving goals while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Your leadership will drive performance, optimize processes, and nurture a culture of excellence within the department while helping us to build lifetime financial partnerships with our Members. **Essential Responsibilities:** + Lead and support the Member Advisor sales team to achieve monthly goals in inbound and outbound loan volume and deposit production. + Collaborate with the Director to ensure exceptional Member experiences, prioritizing Member and credit union interests. + Oversee direct reports' production, sales, service quality, and operations performance, achieving sales and service goals. + Coordinate member education initiatives and conduct staff training to align knowledge and skills with service expectations, including cross-selling. + Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of deposit and consumer lending products, providing guidance and training to team members as needed. + Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring adherence to organizational values and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. + Recruit, supervise, coach, and appraise staff to optimize performance, provide timely feedback, and implement corrective action as needed. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance the overall Member experience. **Education/Experience:** + A High School Diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree from a four-year University/College is a plus. + Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in financial institution sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. + Previous experience in a credit union or financial institution is strongly desired. + Proven expertise in consultative sales techniques, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial information. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software; experience with lending origination systems preferred. + Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts. + Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment. + A genuine passion for providing excellent member service and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with members. + Ability to interact with clients and staff tactfully and professionally, both in-person and via phone or digital communication channels. + Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to effectively understand and address clients' needs. + Must be bondable and maintain a clean professional record. The pay range for this position is listed above. Our pay ranges are designed to allow for candidates with various levels of experience and skill to be considered, and to allow room for growth to be achieved in a role over time. Generally, new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their individual combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and education as well as internal equity.
