Key Responsibilities:

Complete intake, screening, and/or comprehensive assessment process within appropriate timeframesDetermine and document client diagnoses based on comprehensive assessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plans in accordance with regulatory guidelinesComplete all correspondence and documentation in a timely mannerParticipate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, providing feedback on casesAdhere to weekly service provision model and productivity requirementsWork closely with insurance department to ensure authorized services are approvedCorrect any file or charting deficiencies within appropriate timeframesAssist clients through transition process and complete final documentationComplete all mandatory trainings to maintain clinical competenciesRepresent the agency professionally within the communityMaintain positive relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkersHandle crisis situations as they arise and provide clinical consultation as neededAssist in professional supervision once requirements are metFacilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessionsProvide training and guidance on clinical issues and evidence-based practicesDemonstrate interest in the company's short and long-term goalsOther duties as assigned by leadership

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Holds licensure as a professional counselor or social worker in the state of OklahomaProvisional Licensed (PLPC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Provisional Licensed (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)Qualified Mental Health Professional for Missouri (master's or doctorate degree in a related field)Willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services

Required License/Certification (one of the following):

Current state-issued license as a professional counselor or social worker

Additional Qualifications:

Expertise in the treatment of mental illness and substance use disordersThorough knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methodsDetailed understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with mental health/substance use issuesKnowledge of legal requirements, treatment modalities, and clinical supervision practicesAptitude for developing, coordinating, and evaluating clinical servicesEffective verbal and written communication skills
