Signature Retail Services is currently seeking a Merchandising Team Lead, working up to 40 hours per week. This position is responsible for completing merchandising projects both independently and one on one with new and current service representatives in commercial buildings, pharmacies, warehouses,and big box home improvement stores like The Home Depot, Lowe's and other locations.\n

We offer a highly competitive hourly wage dependent on experience.\n

We're Looking For:\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with retail merchandisers, clients, and customers to achieve and exceed goals set by the client\n2 to 3 years working as a Brand Representative and\/ or Merchandiser, with manufacturer sales and\/or merchandising experience in the home center industry being a PLUS\nHands on experience with all aspects of merchandising and resets\nAbility to teach, train, and provide support for new hires\nExperience using web-based reporting systems to submit reports and photos while in stores \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nBilingual English\/Spanish is a PLUS\n\n

Minimum Requirements:\n\nMust be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.\nA valid driver's license, current personal car insurance, and access to a reliable personal car A smartphone ( Apple or Android) with internet access and the ability to send and receive texts and emails is required. \n\n

Physical Requirements\/ Work Environment:\n\nMust be physically able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, use rolling staircase ladders.\nMust be able to push, pull, lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds;\nMust be able to work in business locations without assistance by others\n\n
