Merchant Services Business Manager - Associate
We are seeking an Associate Business Manager to support JPMorgan's Merchant Services (Payments) business; it is a full-time Plano, Texas based role in the Finance & Business Management organization. The successful candidate will be expected to create, maintain reporting and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc) and conduct \"deep dive\" analyses on key drivers of the business. **Job Responsibilities** + Work closely with business partners to prepare weekly and month executive reporting packages on the business + Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis + Leverage Excel and Alteryx to organize and analyze large data sets and create impactful analysis to assist in understanding of key trends, risks and opportunities + Create mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards + Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes **Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities** + Strong experience with 'story telling' and creating PowerPoint presentations + Able to collaborate across large teams in a highly organized manner toward a single outcome + Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking + Being able to pivot focus with shifting business priorities + Proficient in distilling data and information into clear, conclusive presentations + Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence + Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with knowledge of or interest in learning Alteryx JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
