ICF is currently seeking a Delivery Lead for the National Midstream team to support the design and delivery of our midstream energy efficiency programs across the Division. Successful candidate will lead the development of standardized program materials, processes, and resources for residential and commercial midstream programs and support business development activities. Working closely with the Offering Owner, National Outreach Lead and local team Program Managers, this individual will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the successful delivery of operations needs across multiple functional areas, including internal operations, client support, and stakeholder management.

What you will be doing:

Supporting local teams in the management of midstream program performance including financial management, contract deliverables, strategic planning, quality assurance, evaluation and operational efficiencies.Developing and deploying standardized program material templates, program processes and procedures, and offering innovation.Organizing and maintaining resource libraries on the National Offering SharePoint site including ongoing communication through Yammer, emails, reporting and sharing market insights.Maintaining ongoing communications with program teams and our utility clients to deliver market updates, supporting program start-up and launch, collecting stakeholder feedback and reporting, and supporting EM&V initiatives. Supporting the National Outreach Lead to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with major local and national and regional distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers to support their participation in program, including use and reporting from the team CRM.Preparing and presenting targeted client and participant presentations promoting program awareness and participation at trade shows, trade organization and stakeholder events.Supporting business development activities including writing and reviewing responses to client requests for proposals.Aligning marketing, promotional, and merchandising activities for energy efficient products/equipment with key utility contracts across the nation.Analyzing market trends and technologies to enhance deployment opportunities for client utility programs to increase participation.Support business development activities including proposals, market research and content development.Developing and deploying training and quality assurance protocols for program participants.Effectively managing hours and expenses against multiple program budgets. Mentoring, leading, and collaborating with program support team members.15-30% travel within North America, as required.

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Energy, Environmental Studies, Information Technology, Policy, or related discipline8+ years of experience developing, designing, and managing successful energy efficiency or related programs

What we would like you to have (preferred qualifications):

Previous experience in working specifically with equipment and product distributors, suppliers, and/or manufacturers.Demonstrated experience with business and client development with concentration in new opportunity pursuit and capture.Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement in quality assurance/control techniques and application.Recognized internally and externally for expertise in functional area.Industry certifications, professional affiliations, and publications.Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications (Dynamics, Word, Outlook, Excel).Proficiency in developing and/or implementing data collection, tracking, and reporting processes (i.e., customer relationship management (CRM) efforts)

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
