Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** As the Ministry Formation Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to deliver associate, clinician and core leader Formation within our Florida Ministry. You will work collaboratively with management and subject matter experts to achieve standards of excellence and facilitate classroom training and development programs. Please note that this is an on-site position in Jacksonville, FL with occasional instate travel required. Other responsibilities will include: + Apply knowledge of adult learning principles to teach various types of learning content. + Work collaboratively with management and subject matter experts to understand desired performance assess learning needs, and develop appropriate training solutions. + Monitor course participants' progress throughout assigned courses. + Conduct post-training evaluations and analyze results. + Update curricula and explore new materials for program participants. + Take action to stay abreast of current and evolving learning trends, instructional methods/techniques and emerging technologies. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** + Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Theology or related field; Master's degree strongly preferred + 2-3+ years ministry facilitation experience + 2+ years experience working with boards, committees, groups & teams + Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage audiences of all types and sizes + Excellent presentation skills, in-person and virtual + Excellent Program Management skills + Practice of personal spirituality + Continuous learning; willing to teach and be taught **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
