About MyAgency

MyAgency is a healthcare staffing agency created by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. We seek reliable people  who embrace our high-quality care and performance standards but want the flexibility of a staffing agency.

MyAgency team members will only work at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities and therefore will be trained and become familiar with our methods of delivering care. 

In exchange for a higher wage, MyAgency team members are required to work at all communities in either our Northern or Southern Network. Your wage is based on how many shifts per week you are willing to work.  The more you work, the higher the wage.

Northern Network:

Erie, Pa: Elmwood Gardens and Manchester Commons Oil City, Pa: Oakwood Heights New Wilmington, Pa: Shenango on the Green

Southern Network:

Verona, Pa: Longwood at Oakmont Washington, Pa: Southmont, Southminster Place, and Woodside Place of Washington Oakmont, Pa: The Willows, Westminster Place, and Woodside Place of Oakmont

MyAgency team members will be hired as Casual team members and will not have as much consistency or choice in their work schedule. They will often have to create their schedules from what is available after permanent staff have made their selections.  BUT if you decide to join our permanent staff - no hassles about contracts and buyouts.

What we are looking for:

We need CNAs who will help our residents by supporting their daily living needs, such as assisting with personal hygiene and vital sign monitoring. Our CNAs are required to:

Be at least 18 years of age Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members. Hold a CNA certificate in good standing with the Pennsylvania Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry.
