Astellas Pharma Canada (APCA) is currently searching for a Regional Sales Lead reporting to Business Unit Director, Canada

 

Description:

To lead the Regional Sales Team to achieve sales targets and deliver sustainable ROI growth through the implementation of the Astellas strategy, while managing appropriate budgets and resources. To develop and implement the optimal regional strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams e.g., Medical, Marketing and Market Access.

Essential Job Duties:

Delivery of sales and budget spend objectives. Possess a high level of business acumen which enables the development and implementation of strong regional plans. Work with the National Sales Lead to develop regional sales forecast and roll up into the national forecast plan. Lead the Product Specialist team to develop an in depth understanding of each local territory, associated opportunities and challenges, and detailed omnichannel execution plans to achieve sales targets for each territory. Work with Sales Management team to identify and prioritize key accounts nationally and create plans that

 

Organizational Context:

In field role with an expectation for 1:1 field visits with Therapeutic Specialists monthly. Reports to National Sales Lead. Direct Reports: 7-10 Therapeutic Specialists.

 

Internal Stakeholders:
Director Women's Health, Regional Sale Manager team, Veozah Product Managers, Operations. Excellence department, Medical Access & Govt Relations team partners, Women’s Heath Medical Dept. team partners.

 

External Stakeholders:
Regional ObGyn, Family Physicians, Pharmacists, Nurse Practitioners with Menopause practice or interest.

 

Specific Physical or Environmental Requirements:

Field based employee requiring a home office. Frequent travel time in field with team members, attendance to business meetings. Travel requirements up to 30% of time.
