The Industry and Security Analysis Group (ISAG) provides analytical, technical, and program support to promote, grow, and protect the U.S. industrial base. ISAG’s support spans the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Commerce, and other agencies to deliver critical decision support to national security leaders. Our team informs policy decisions, enables execution of comprehensive strategies and monitors and reports on the effectiveness of implementation. This enables senior leaders to execute strategies for developing and sustaining a robust industrial base that meets our nation’s strategic resource objectives. ResponsibilitiesISAG has a near-term need for experienced legal experts to support DoD’s input into both the CFIUS and Team Telecom processes. Roles will be onsite in Arlington or Alexandria, VA. The candidate will support DoD’s Global Investment and Economic Security Office in the development of risk mitigation options and the monitoring and compliance of Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) mitigation agreements. They will support the review of mitigation compliance, which may involve domestic and international travel. The candidate will develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the mitigation of foreign investment risk in the areas of product integrity, supply assurance, collocation, and technology transfer.
QualificationsRequired:
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.Juris Doctorate or paralegal experience with a focus on compliance.5+ years of total experience with 3+ years in legal matters involving compliance and monitoring.Ability to travel.
Desired:
Experience in revenue recognition, technology transfer, Intellectual Property ownership, product integrity, and supply assurance.Military law background.Master's degree in the areas of Business, Finance, Economics, or National Security.
