Job Details Division: [[division_obj]] Location: [[filter4]] , [[filter3]] , [[filter2]] Other Available Locations: [[mfield1]] Basic Job Functions: + Success fully set ling projects that are profitable tons for the div is ion. + Covering DS M role in territories without an active DSM or while DSMs are unavailable. + Generating project takeoffs and creating eQuote scopes from drawings, specifications, and engaging the builder. + Traveling with the DSMs to assist with builder recruitment, project meetings and box-by-box reviews. + Develop and maintain sales strategy and setting expectations with our builders to ensure equal business stature. + Multi-tasking between projects, scheduling, pricing, phone & email correspondence. + [[cust_safetyState]] Minimum Qualifications: + A strong commitment to safety in all job aspects. + 2 year s experienc e in Meta l Building , Construction , or Constructio n related field. + Ability to interpret Architectural and Structural Drawings. + Willingness and ability to travel to builders offices and job sites, possibly on short notice. + Required to have and keep a valid drivers license and proof of insurance. + Highly motivated, extremely competitive, Can-Do-Attitude and passionately Find-A-Way to be successful.
