Two (2) years of clinical experience in specialty area of practice (Neonatal/Pediatrics) as RN or NP preferred. ANCC or national certification in area of specialty (Neonatal/Pediatrics) required within six (6) months of hire/transfer into position. Agreement from appropriate physician to enter into a collaborative agreement.
