Network Engineer (IT/OT)
Your mission:The Network Engineer will be responsible for working in Operational Technology infrastructure team.The Data Center and Security Engineer will be responsible for providing support in the data center and working with the cyber security team. The successful candidate will have experience and is eager to learn more about how to manage the server and cyber security.Responsibilities:Design, install, configure, and maintain data center infrastructure for industrial and enterprise applications.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance and security using various tools and techniques.Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure network availability, reliability, and compliance.Manage IT Network Incident Management.Support the integration of OT systems and devices with IT network infrastructure and applications.Provide technical guidance and training to end-users and junior staff on network and OT related issues.Supports IT/OT audits and participates in internal and external audits; oversee and coordinate responses to IT/OT audit requests.Your profile:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.At least 3 years of experience in network engineering, administration, or support, preferably in industrial or OT settings.Working knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations, production and computer data collection systems.Strong knowledge of network protocols, standards, and architectures, such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLAN, VPN, MPLS, etc.Proficient in network devices and technologies, such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.Familiar with OT systems and devices, such as PLCs, SCADA, HMI, sensors, etc., and their communication protocols, such as Modbus, OPC, DNP3, etc.Ability to troubleshoot complex network and OT issues and provide effective solutions.Ability to work independently and without the need for supervision, as well as collaboratively within the team and across various IT groups and business units.Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.Certifications in network and/or OT domains, such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, GICSP are preferred.Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
