New Construction Sales Coordinator

The New Construction Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting key functions across the residential new construction teams in the process of sales and delivery of new community builds through to launch in the telecommunications industry. This role will require the ability to execute defined tasks across internal systems and cross-functional teams, be proficient in Microsoft applications and Salesforce, and prepare proposals and presentations. This individual should be highly motivated, able to multi-task, work well in a fast-paced environment, hold excellent communication skills and be able to understand business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support tasks as defined including but not limited to new business contract support, proposals, presentations, Salesforce entry and stage management, reporting needs, and coordination alignment across required internal and external teams. Work across and closely with the residential new construction teams on various required tasks. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on process and delivery. Coordinate day-to-day requirements in driving new construction sales to close of contract through new construction process and launch. Ability to generate and manage reporting as needed. Develop and maintain appropriate Salesforce tracking per defined requirements and translate into slide format. Some travel may be required. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Proven experience as coordinator and/or manager type role Moderate understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Strong interpersonal skills Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Knowledge of cable and telecommunications industry is a plus.  Knowledge of new construction processes is a plus. Must embrace and display company principles and demonstrate an understanding of Hotwire culture.  Ability to interact and support executive level leadership. Associate degree in general business and/or a minimum of 1 year of operational experience Grammatically correct speech (in English) Must be able to travel on occasion.
