We are looking for highly motivated engineers to join our Network Operations Center.

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware and configurations.

Oversee all production networks, servers and services.

Provide technical assistance.

Documentation and reporting.

Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when needed.

Replacing faulty network hardware components like cable, switch etc.

Monitoring live transactions in our production applications.

Daily check of phone modems for day to day SMS delivery.

Maintaining applications in Google Cloud and other cloud-based servers.

Maintaining, configuring and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.

Coordinating computer network access and use.

Deals with power outage.

Working in different shifts under any weather conditions or holidays.

Qualifications:

With basic knowledge and troubleshooting in Windows XP, Win7 & Win8, Win10

Familiar with handling physical servers/desktops and their hardware

Basic LAN & WAN troubleshooting skills

Basic networking skills(TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, SNMP, NAT, SNAT, etc..)

Knowledge in CentOS, Ubuntu, DNS, Zimbra Mail, PFSense firewall, Apache, Apache-Tomcat, NginX, any Cloud VPS, MySQL, and PostgreSQL is a plus

Punctual and available to work 24x7 whenever required, including holidays

Willing to work on shifting schedules

With good oral and written English communication skills

Preferably fresh graduate
