$/hr minimum - $/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)

Responsible for providing nuclear medicine imaging services.

Responsibilities SafetyManages processes effectively in regard to employee/patient safety.Record KeepingMaintains all required records, reports, statistics, logs, files, schedules, status changes, payroll and other documents as required.Process ImprovementPromotes a culture of process improvement by participating in unit/department based programs that supports the system’s process improvement goals.Actively participates on system-wide or hospital-based teams as needed.Role Specific ResponsibilitiesPerforms diagnostic nuclear medicine examinations.Prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals.Maintains equipment.Ensures radioactive material is properly received, stored, inventoried and disposal.Verifies patient information.Lead: Coordinates duty assignments to nuclear medicine technologists.Lead: Performs and maintains Nuclear Medicine Quality Control activities.Lead: Serves as a Radiation Safety Officer. Education

Associate’s degree in Nuclear Medicine

 

Licenses and Certification

IEMAARRT or CNMTBLS

 

Experience and Skills
