Bear Mountain Staffing Solutions is hiring a Nursing Scheduler to join our team for a full-time in West Springfield, MA. We are an internal staffing agency supporting the needs of Bear Mountain Healthcare facilities throughout Massachusetts.

As a nurse scheduler, you will support the facility needs by scheduling our per diem RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure proper staffing daily throughout the facilities. In this role, you will work closely with the facility schedulers and our staff, communicating with them heavily via phone calls, email, and our scheduling platform, Smartlinx.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years scheduling experience, works well in a fast-paced environment, is organized, and must be a team player!

Hours:

·         Mon-Fri, 8:30am – 5pm

·         On-Call, required 1-2 weekends per month
