Sentinel is seeking an OC Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a premier company and grow your career. As an NOC Analyst, you are part of the operations in a 24X7 Network Operations Center, monitoring customers’ production systems. As an NOC Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to client operations, communicating via phone and e-mail with customers and technicians, and troubleshooting and escalating trouble cases as needed.  This is for the night shift position (4x10): Friday to Monday, working from 11:00 PM to 9:30 AM CST, with an additional On-call duty every Tuesday during that schedule. This is a full-time role based in Downers Grove, IL and can work remote with occasional support onsite at our Downers Grove, IL headquarters. 

Qualifications CCNA certification or higher is required1 - 3 years of NOC experience is requiredStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolutionExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences in a timely and accurate mannerWorking knowledge of network monitoring tools and incident management processesOrganized with ability to multi-taskAbility to quickly responds to problem/critical situations and escalate when appropriateFull knowledge of technology terminology and the ability to assist non-technical resources resolve issuesAdaptable to contribute and adhere to various company/department/technology trendsThe candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipmentA valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be requiredLegally authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
