LC Staffing has a great opportunity for you. We are assisting a local Missoula company in hiring an Office Administrator.
Location:
Missoula, MT (In-person position)
Wage:
$20-$23 depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday OR Tuesday through Saturday 9:30am - 5:50pm
OR
If a part-time schedule works better for you, let's talk about that (must be able to work 4 days per week).
Benefits: 100% paid medical Paid time off Paid holidays 401k with 4% match Job Duties: Basic Administrative duties Data entry Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversee bill payments and customer accounts Streamline and manage all expense reports Assign problem codes on inventory as needed, manage report weekly Enter and Submit Vendor Chargebacks Weekly Set up Truck Schedules Order Parts for Repairs & Follow up on orders for timely resolution Maintain working knowledge of Vendor Warranties and Chargeback procedures Other duties as assigned Requirements: Great organizational skills Administrative experience, including data entry and pleasant phone communication Good communication both verbal and written Customer Service Experience Must be able to pass criminal background check Bookkeeping skills are a plus!
